I joined about six months ago and in about 3 months I met the goal I had set for myself, I not only lost the weight I was looking for but I also feel so much stronger and motivated to come to class everyday. I tried other classes but CrossFit blows them out of the water because of Coach Frank, He does an amazing job focusing on your fitness goal and tailoring according to your fitness level. Until joining Roxbury CrossFit, I was a chronic gym hopper, always getting bored after a year and always looking for something new. I joined Strong Together Roxbury CrossFit in 2017 at a time that I was at the heaviest I've been in my adult life. I did one marathon 4 years earlier in 2013 before embarking on a heads down focused journey to getting a double masters. My active life suffered. When I entered this gym, coach Frank explained their purpose and I signed up. I quickly and safely lost over 40 pounds. Fast forward to now, shredded, healthier, lighter, 7 marathons and countless races under my belt later, I can not imagine being anywhere else.
