I joined about six months ago and in about 3 months I met the goal I had set for myself, I not only lost the weight I was looking for but I also feel so much stronger and motivated to come to class everyday. I tried other classes but CrossFit blows them out of the water because of Coach Frank, He does an amazing job focusing on your fitness goal and tailoring according to your fitness level. I truly recommend anyone to join if you are looking to make a positive change to not mind and body.
Until joining Roxbury CrossFit, I was a chronic gym hopper, always getting bored after a year and always looking for something new. I’ve been with this gym now for about 5 years and can’t see myself going anywhere else again. The classes offer top notch workouts that are approachable to all. The classes are intimate enough for personal coaching but large enough to feel like you are apart of wonderful family. Coach Frank is absolutely the best and works with each and every client to tailor the workouts to specific needs and injuries. I joined Strong Together Roxbury CrossFit in 2017 at a time that I was at the heaviest I've been in my adult life. I did one marathon 4 years earlier in 2013 before embarking on a heads down focused journey to getting a double masters. My active life suffered. When I entered this gym, coach Frank explained their purpose and I signed up. I quickly and safely lost over 40 pounds. Fast forward to now, shredded, healthier, lighter, 7 marathons and countless races under my belt later, I can not imagine being anywhere else. The process of strength training, mobility and form focus I get at Strong Together Roxbury CrossFit fuels my runs to become a stronger faster runner, and a functionally stronger person.
