I joined about six months ago and in about 3 months I met the goal I had set for myself, I not only lost the weight I was looking for but I also feel so much stronger and motivated to come to class everyday. I joined Strong Together Roxbury CrossFit in 2017 at a time that I was at the heaviest I've been in my adult life. I did one marathon 4 years earlier in 2013 before embarking on a heads down focused journey to getting a double masters. My active life suffered.
