SHOULDER PRESS

12:00 to establish a 1 rep max shoulder press Intended Stimulus: This is an upper body strict pressing test. Attempt to beat previous efforts.

WOD

For reps: 2 Rounds 2:00 Max rep strict pull-ups 1:00 Rest 2:00 Max rep ring push-ups 1:00 Rest 2:00 Max double kettlebell front rack walk (53lbs/35lbs). Every 25 feet counts as a rep. 1:00 Rest

INTENDED STIMULUS

This is a high rep upper body stamina focused session. Attempt to get a minimum of 20 reps on the pull-ups and push-ups each round.
