5 Rounds for time: 15 GHD sit-ups 5 Ring muscle ups Into 100-meter double kettlebell front rack walk (53lbs/35lbs). *The time ends after the completion of the kettlebell walk.

STRICT PULL-UPS

Every 2:00 for 4 sets 5 Strict pull-ups Intended Stimulus Strict upper body pulling strength training. To make more difficult add weight that you can still maintain 5 strict reps. To make a little easier use band assistance as needed to complete 5 unbroken reps.
