STRENGHT
Squat clean 5-5-5-5 *Perform a set every 4:00. The set of 5 should be completed in less then 0:30.
INTENDED STIMULUS
*Heavy cleans utilizing reps per set that are higher than usual. The reps can be performed as singles but all 5 reps must be completed within a 0:30 window. Loads should be heavy for all 5 sets, adjust loads up or down on each set as needed.

INTENDED STIMULUS
*Sprint effort! Some could go sub 2:00 on this one, no one should exceed 3:30. The 15 reps on the clean should be unbroken or completed with no more than 1 quick break.
