Every 2:00 for 18:00 3 Sumo deadlifts
Add weight each set, building to heavy 3 reps
INTENDED STIMULUS
Get to max loads for 3 reps on the sumo deadlift. The first set should be very light and allow for a substantial build up. The 5th or 6th sets should be very heavy. 4-5 of the sets should be above 80% of the top end weight for the day.
