SUMO DEADLIFT

9X3

Every 2:00 for 18:00 3 Sumo deadlifts

Add weight each set, building to heavy 3 reps

INTENDED STIMULUS 

Get to max loads for 3 reps on the sumo deadlift. The first set should be very light and allow for a substantial build up. The 5th or 6th sets should be very heavy. 4-5 of the sets should be above 80% of the top end weight for the day.

AMRAP 5:00 5 Sumo deadlifts (225lbs/155lbs) 15 Abmat sit-ups

ACCESSORY WORK

3 Sets 10 Banded assisted inverse curl.
