5 Rounds for time: 20 Wall ball shots (20lbs/14lbs to 10'/9' target) 10 Hang power cleans (155lbs/105lbs)
INTENDED STIMULUSThis workout is very taxing on the lower body. Faster athletes will finish this workout in under 8-10:00 and no one should go beyond 15:00. The hang power clean is moderate and should allow for the first round to be completed in no more than 2 sets, but preferably unbroken. Scaling the reps on the wall ball shot before scaling weight today.
