Sugar is evil…

The average american eats 150-170 POUNDS of sugar each year. Some studies say 295 pounds.

That is so so so much sugar.

Only 100 years ago the average per person was 4 pounds per year.

This is directly connected to the amount is sickness and illness in the country and world.

I’ll give you something to consider.

We all know that we should be eating anti-oxidants. That point has been made. .

Opposite is oxidants or free radicals that are in the body and can cause inflammation and sickness. Basically decay in the body.

Sugar is an oxidant.

It is exactly the same as putting rust into your system.

So when you eat sugar you are just chugging down a whole bunch of oxidants into your body that makes you age faster, feel tired, and get sick or stay in a state of sickness.

Not to mention the direct conversion to body fat.

Fun fact most white breads and pastas digest the same as sugar. White breads are basically sugar!

So what do you do?

You should always avoid all added sugar. Absolutely no soda or sugar drinks. They will likely have warning labels on them soon anyway.

Naturally occurring sugar is okay. Like what you would find in fruits and veggies. But anything with added sugar should be avoided at all costs. Especially High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Personally I may have a cheat meal here and there but never with high fructose corn syrup.

Lastly are aging qualities in sugar. Eat 295 pounds of sugar and before you know it you will be a Rolling Stone Band member look a like.

Telomeres and their length has been tied to age and disease. Essentially it is like a long pearl necklace. The longer the beads the healthier you are. Sugar takes the beads off and anti-oxidants put them back. As you get older and/or eat SUGAR they come off faster then they can be returned = Rolling Stone Rock band without the coolness.
